This person would contribute to the excellence of Five Oaks’ Human Resources policies and practices.

Experience in one or all of the following would be an asset:

  • knowledgeable about Human Resources policies and oversight of them. Five Oaks has just over thirty HR policies organized in three sections: Employment; Compensation and Leaves, and Employee Relations. These have been recently updated but ongoing revisions will be required as circumstances and staffing changes.
  • experience in hiring and interviewing processes.
  • experience in fostering positive human relations among staff and board.

The reward would be in working with interesting and talented colleagues to support the well-being of Five Oaks staff and volunteers as the Centre lives into its new mission and vision.
