This Holiday season Five Oaks is offering our services as host for you and your group to celebrate this most unique year. With our multiple meeting space options, delicious cuisine from our onsite caterer, and experience with COVID-19 safety supervision, we are eager to help you ring in the season. Whether your group is a family get together, an office Christmas party, or a church function, we are fit to serve you well.

Our in-house Chef has prepared a delicious traditional Christmas menu for you to enjoy while you gather together at Five Oaks. We put the same care into preparing your Holiday meal as we do when preparing a meal for our own. We make food that’s fresh, nourishing, and delicious, without sacrificing health for taste. The mission in our kitchen is simple – to bring people together with healthy and enriching food, as there is nothing greater than to eat, drink, and be merry.

The Menu:

  • Traditional roasted turkey
  • Stuffing
  • Gravy
  • Rosemary and thyme mashed potatoes
  • Roasted seasonal root vegetables
  • Parmesan green bean casserole
  • Fresh garden salad with balsamic dressing
  • Pumpkin pie with pumpkin spiced whipped cream

$31 per person

Add Ons:

  • Charcuterie board with 2 meats, 3 cheeses (one soft, one firm, one blue veined), pickles, olives and a fruit compote (jam or marmalade) and house made crostini’s | $9 per person 
  • House made Thai spring rolls and Crab Rangoon’s served with Thai chili sauce | $7 per person
  • Crudité platter- veggies and 2 dips hummus and babaganoush | $4 per person


Come gather in a safe and festive way in one of the Five oaks Meeting Spaces. A Meeting Space is included in the per person price of the Holiday Meal.

All our Meeting Spaces include:

  • Room set up with black table linens, glassware, cutlery roll-ups, buffet table and seating measured for 6′ distance requirements
  • Festive winter décor and Christmas tree
  • AV equipment for speeches, seminars slideshows, etc., and an option for a Piano
  • 3-hour timeframe

Upper Room – Accommodates up to 20 guests
New Hall – Accommodates up to 20 guests
Dining Hall – Accommodates up to 38 guests

Additional options for Full Day Events in the Meeting Space of your choice, Overnight Accommodations to accompany your event booking, or Offsite Catering of the Holiday Meal can be arranged by contacting hospitality@fiveoaks.on.ca. Pricing will vary per the requirements.

With our practical experience and safety protocols in place, we strive to be able to offer a safe facility for those who choose to gather over the holidays.
