We invite you to and give notice of the Annual General Meeting for the 2021 fiscal year. The AGM will be held on Sunday June 5th at 2:00pm, hosted both in-person at Five Oaks and virtually over Zoom. Registration is required for attendance.
This year includes the option to stay for a fundraising dinner, made by our wonderful new chef Murray Zehr! You can add this dinner option during the registration process.
Five Oaks Membership is required to vote in the Annual General Meeting. Please register for your 2022 Membership in advance of the AGM
Five Oaks has recently implemented a new registration software. If you have not used it yet, you will need to create an account profile when registering for the AGM.
